Vern Siemens

Owner, winemaker and expert lawn mower. Vern is the best. And he likes Pinot Noir. You can regularly see him starring in our winery videos when he’s not mowing the lawn.

Charleen Siemens

Co-owner of Mt. Lehman Winery and occasional tasting room host.

Rick Redekop

On most days, you can find Rick working in the fields, tending the vines and making sure everything is growing as it should.

Destinye Garbet

Destinye has great knowledge about the wines in our tasting room- on weekends, she likes to do blind tasting tests with our wines. She is friendly and will make you feel at home in our tasting room.

Heidi Bergen

Heidi loves listening to Beethoven while enjoying wine and loves to passionately share our wines with others. She will help you find a new favourite.

Barb Kolkman

Barb loves to host guests in the tasting room and is great at pairing wine with delicious meals cooked at home. Ask her about some of her cooking classes.

Sarah Faber

When not serving wine, Sarah is taking great photos around the winery. She is enthusiastic about the wines and helping you find one you love.

Faythe Reinheller

Faythe is a dedicated winery tasting room host. She likes reading, learning and sharing knowledge about wine, when you stop in ask her about some of her favourite wine books.

Contessa McMath

Contessa loves welcoming guests in the tasting room and will happily share her favourites with you as you try our wines. She is sometimes accompanied by her puppy, Penny and will make your visit to the winery memorable.

Jon Nofziger

You can either find Jon in the fields working on the grapes or in the tasting room with guests- he is always happy and willing to help out wherever needed.

Kayla Raven

Kayla loves connecting with guests in the tasting room and creating memorable tasting experiences for everyone who comes in. She enjoys learning about our wines and conveying that knowledge to guests, sparking their curiosity and deepening their appreciation for the craft.

Sullivan loves connecting with tasting room guests and sharing stories about her favourite wines as you try them.
